Our Yoga classes are suitable for beginners to advanced Yogis. Paula, our Yoga Instructor, will take good care of you during the class. The poses used are all scaleable and there are blocks & belts provided to assist you getting into the posture for those who need it.
The type of Yoga practised in this class is Hatha Yoga, this is the foundation of every style of yoga practised. Traditional Hatha yoga is a holistic path that includes disciplines, physical postures (asana), purification procedures, breathing (pranayama), and meditation.
It is a great introduction to Yoga to learn the different poses and work on mindfulness. You don't have to be super flexible to attend this class, it is suitable for all levels of flexibility. The style of class is adaptable to the weather, on hotter days the class will be slower and on cooler days the pace will pick up slightly.
You will leave feeling relaxed; an increased self-awareness; more flexible; vibrant & a better person.
