Let’s face it…midlife, menopause & ageing can be a very challenging time! I’m here to help you feel stronger and more confident through ageing. Giving you the support and tools to be confident to strength train, whether this is your first time holding a weight or you’re getting back on the horse (so to speak). 🤗
Our 30-40 minute workouts are designed for women over 40, who are looking to work on their strength, muscle mass & bone density. Our program is focussed on getting you stronger & fitter safely, efficiently & effectively with all the support and guidance you need. So you can stay consistent with your strength training.

WHY CHOOSE ME?
My background is in Physiotherapy and I’ve also completed many international strength & movement based courses over the years, so you’re in safe hands.
I am also on the other side of Menopause & know exactly how much of a struggle finding the energy to train can be.
Which is exactly what inspired me to create this program and include multiple exercise options for each set, ranging from modified to more challenging, so you can still move your body when you’re feeling low energy.
It is what got me back on track with my own training when I was in the depths of Menopause & I still follow it myself to this day.
It’s evidence-based and I am constantly keeping my programming & communications up to date with the latest evidence.
I include a lot of educational extras to make sure you are getting MORE than just a workout and you understand the WHY behind the exercises! The exercises I’ve chosen are designed to help you moov better through your day to day life and will improve your overall health & well-being!
