At moov personal training we challenge conventional training by taking you back to basic, fundamental movement to help you develop well beyond what you thought was possible. We support you along the way to make sure you build a deeper understanding of your body and how to get the best from it.

Our initial movement assessment will enable us to see how you're moving and iron out any issues that come up as a result of previous or current injury or poor movement habits.

We treat the body as a WHOLE and not the individual parts, you can see this in our training methods. Your body is the best piece of equipment you'll ever own, we believe training should be dynamic; functional; stimulating; efficient; progressive and leave you feeling invigorated; connected; strong and inspired!

We offer personalised programs for all levels of fitness and age, whether it’s focused on injury prevention; rehabilitation; core function; mobility; muscle gain; weight loss or a combination of the above.
