And then it makes sense that you’re shallow breathing; breathing into your chest; tensing up your shoulders and feeling stressed & anxious a lot of the time. 😞

This is why I wanted to share this simple to follow Diaphragmatic Breathing Guide with you.

I’ve included 3 different positions to practice breathing in, so you can do it anywhere. Certain positions favour opening up certain parts of the body too. So you can help yourself relieve tension where needed.
