The time has finally arrived for this chick to fly the nest.
After 3 and a half years of being enveloped in the cosy, safe and welcoming walls of Buddy's Personal Trainers we now have our very own studio space!
With still a fair bit of work to do and plenty of late nights ahead I am extremely excited to share the news with you all.
Studio 415 is the new home of moov personal trainers; free ur body and will also house my partner's photography studio, Boem Headshots.
We will be keeping all clients up to date on the official start date at the new premises so don't panic!
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Buddy's team for playing such an epic part in what was a very new chapter for me in my working life. I still remember my first PT client and how I felt nervous in this new environment after being used to small physiotherapy treatment rooms. But there have been zero regrets and am thankful every day for the choices I made.
