SPINAL MOBILITY EXERCISE

Here is an easy enough follow along mobility routine for your spine. This could be used as a warm up or a cool down before or after a workout. If you’re just using this as a stand alone mobility routine then I would suggest repeating this circuit for 3-5 rounds for maximum results.

It is a great combination of movements to work on ‪‎spinal mobility‬. Make sure you only do it within a comfortable range of movement, realising that your version may not look like mine and that's ok. Some people will have more ‪‎mobility ‬than my version, others less. The important thing is that you follow the cues on the video. Enjoy!
