Here is a movement I love to use in my weekly classes. This modified version is great for a cool down exercise. We use a slightly altered, more challenging version for our warm ups. This can be repeated for several reps for maximum results.
It is an awesome exercise to work on spinal mobility. Make sure you only do it within a comfortable range of movement, realising that your version may not look like mine and that's ok. Some people will have more mobility than my version, others less. The important thing is that you follow the cues on the video. Enjoy!
