Yesterday I decided to have an Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate) bath to finish off a busy working week. In addition to the 2 cups of Epsom Salts I also decided to add 15-20 drops of peppermint oil & 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to help soothe the skin and relieve the brain fuzz I was experiencing after putting many work hours in this week. I soaked for 10-15mins which is optimal to achieve the benefits of the bath.
In addition to trying to achieve a weekly or at least fortnightly float tank experience I am also going to try and top it up with a 2 or 3 weekly Epsom Salts bath to help keep stress at bay and cleanse my body of toxins.
