MARY WHALING (Director & Head Trainer/Therapist)
Mary moved to Adelaide in 2009 after spending 12 years prior in the UK. A born & bred South African she is not afraid of hard work. She graduated from Northumbria University in the UK with a Physiotherapy Degree and then headed to Adelaide. With several years of Physiotherapy experience under her belt she decided to pursue a career in personal training & movement rehabilitation, setting up her own business as a rehab trainer getting people out of pain and moving better!
Mary is a passionate individual who goes out of her way for her clients & continues to educate herself on a daily basis in order to offer the most up to date services whilst achieving the best results.
Some of Mary's interests & passions include surfing; being outdoors; making time for family & friends; spending time with her gorgeous little Jack Russell (Frankie); soaking up knowledge whenever the opportunity arises!

ADAM CANNELLA (Personal Trainer/Movement Therapist)
Adam has nearly 5 years of personal training experience under his belt. Born & bred in Adelaide, he struggled for years with a mountain of injuries in his mid-twenties, after years of seeing many health care professionals which only gave short-term relief, he managed to finally find the missing link in movement, re-educating his body how to move better! He has now overcome all his injuries.
This is what inspired him to educate himself about movement and rehabilitation. Two things he is extremely passionate about! His mission in life is to help as many people as possible reach their health & fitness potential.
In his spare time, Adam likes training himself in Gymnastics and Resistance training, going on hikes around the surrounding areas of Adelaide, going to the beach no matter how cold & patting dogs 🐶.
