FAQ'S


WHO CREATED THE PROGRAM AND WHY WOULD I BENEFIT FROM THIS OVER OTHER ONLINE PROGRAMs?

The majority of online programs out there are generic programs (one-size-fits-all) and not specific to YOU. At moov pt we believe that no two bodies are the same. Therefore our programs are specifically designed for you, according to your movement ability; your goals; your access or lack of access to equipment; your current fitness level; your previous history of injury or medical conditions. We listen to you and what your schedule for training is and tailor the program according to all of this information. We understand that some lives are busier than others and only require you to do what is healthy and realistic for you. You call the shots but we hold you accountable! You can access this program anywhere in the world! This program has been thoughtfully put together by a Physiotherapist qualified Personal Trainer! All exercises have video demonstration and added notes so you will be sure to learn good technique.


I'M CURRENTLY PREGNANT, CAN I STILL JOIN THE PROGRAM?

Yes! Provided you have clearance from your Doctor. Our Head Trainer, Mary, has lots of experience in training women through pregnancy and beyond. If you have just had a baby and would like to get mooving again then we can help tailor a specific program for you that will help you bounce back!


WHAT IF I AM UNSURE IF MY TECHNIQUE IS CORRECT?

If you're not confident with your technique even after watching the videos, you are more than welcome to video yourself and send it to us to critique and give feedback.


IS THERE A SET AMOUNT OF WORKOUTS PER WEEK?

No, it is up to you to decide what you will have time for and will be dependant on your goals. The program allows for up to 3 workouts per week. If more are requested there may be a small additional charge.


are there any hidden costs?

No. If you request more than 3 workouts per week there may be a small additional charge.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PROGRAM TO BE READY?

We try very hard to get the program out to you as soon as we can but if you allow up to one week from the time of receiving your video assessment back.


WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 4 WEEK PROGRAM FINISHES?

That is also up to you! You have the option to request a new program for a further 4 weeks ($120) which would follow on from where you left off the previous program, to further progress you and get you to your goals. If you're happy with what you have achieved in the 4 weeks and do not wish to continue then that is ok too. You will still remain a part of our fit moovs Facebook Group page and are always welcome back to pursue another program. Your details and tracked workouts will remain saved in your profile, although you will no longer have access to the app after 5 weeks. Your profile will be able to be re-activated at any stage should you choose to request another program.

You will get full access to your own profile within our online app where you can:

  • Access and complete your workouts on the calendar

  • Upload workouts to facebook if you choose
