WHO CREATED THE PROGRAMS AND WHY WOULD I BENEFIT FROM THIS OVER ANOTHER ONLINE PROGRAM?

You will learn the fundamentals of movement and how to exercise smart. This program has been thoughtfully put together by a Physiotherapist qualified Personal Trainer and should get you on the road to fitness safely and effectively. Our online program covers all the areas necessary to build a functional, strong body (strength/endurance/core function/mobility/cardio fitness)! All exercises have video demonstration and added notes so you will be sure to learn good technique.


WHAT IF I AM UNSURE IF MY TECHNIQUE IS CORRECT?

If you're not confident with your technique even after watching the videos, you can take advantage of a FREE 30min SKYPE call with myself where we can look at your technique and make corrections and suggestions.


WHO IS THE BEGINNER LEVEL SUITABLE FOR?

For Beginner Moovers, think of it as the “Couch to 5km” of movement (either you haven't trained in a very long time and have lost some fitness or you have never exercised before). This option does not require any gym equipment.


WHO IS THE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL SUITABLE FOR?

For Intermediate Moovers, you are currently exercising but want to take it up a notch or you are currently exercising and not sure about what exercises to do or how to do them correctly. Also appropriate for anyone who has completed the Beginner Moover Get Mooving program. You will need access to a gym or some gym equipment.


Do I HAVE TO DO ALL 5 WORKOUTS PER WEEK?

Not necessarily. There is freedom to make the program what you want of it, if you want to focus on strength and core stability only, then the program can be adjusted to suit this. Or if you know you only have time for 3 workouts per week then we can focus on the areas that you need the most and adjust the program accordingly. It is really flexible and individualised.
